Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Aapson Orthotics believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation Policy. Under this Policy cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the Cancellation Request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse, vendors,
Products once purchased will not be refunded or replaced with another product.
In case of size issues or product defects, kindly bring it to the attention of our Customer Service within 7 days of product delivery & we promise to get the same replaced
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by Aapson Orthotics, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
